Aria Cucina Italiana at D-Mall Boracay

Aria Cucina Italiana is an authentic Italian restaurant at the beachfront of Boracay. Aria has been around for 8 years and is one of the most recommended restaurants in the island. Aria has a very unique wood oven which is used to cook aria's famous breads and pizzas of Chef Gino Amodio, the Chef behind the food of Aria.

Aria was full when we got there so they offered us a table at Hama Japanese Cuisine, which was few meters away from Aria. Weird right? Maybe they have the same owner. Anyway we agreed and went to Hama and ordered on Aria's menu. We had a look at Hama's menu but it was too expensive for our taste.

We ordered 2 pastas and 3 pizzas. All of the pizzas have thin crust. My favorite was Aria Pizza, it was so flavorful and I love the ham's saltiness. For the pasta Marinara was my choice.

The margherita was a bit overcooked, as you can see on the right side the crust was popping out and it was super crispy and tasted a bit burnt.

Overall the food tasted great but comes with a heavier price tag. Most of the dishes at Aria has a price tag of 400 to 600 pesos and their servings are not really that big. You pay for the quality of food which Aria has.

Gelato

Aria has its own gelato ice cream just beside the restaurant. You can choose from their homemade gelato creations or just have a scoop of their classic gelato selections.
