Going to Cagayan de Oro is just not complete without dropping by to Camiguin Island. The two is just a boat ride away. Each has its own unique sites and activities both locals and tourist would appreciate.

About Cagayan de Oro
Cagayan de Oro is the capital city of the province of Misamis Oriental in the Northern part of Mindanao. The city is popularly known for its initials CDO and also called "The Gateway to Northern Mindanao". It's famous for the whitewater rafting in Cagayan de Oro River's rapids. A haven for water sports enthusiasts.

About Camiguin
Camiguin is known for being a Spanish settlement in 1679. Then came the 1871 eruption of Mount Vulcan and left the island in ruins. What remains has become a tourist attraction for locals and foreigners. Aside from these ruins, Camiguin also has its famous hot and cold natural springs and waterfall.
