Missy Bon Bon Breadshop is a well known bakeshop in Cagayan de Oro that serves dessert and pastry. They make healthy and fresh bread onsite. They also have gourmet food and self made gelato.

Missy Bon Bon Breadshop has three branches. Two of which are kiosks just like this one in Gaisano Mall. We were just passing buy and could not resist those gelato.

They boast of the advantages of their gelato compared to regular ice cream. Having less fat and less air. More air means softer ice cream that scoops more easily and melts more quickly. Less air means smoother and creamier. Actually all gelatos are made like this, some with even lesser air.
